Sizzling Brownie #20: Happy Anniversary !!

Happy Anniversary…to the best parents in this world…to my mummy papa 🙂 🙂 Seeing them the way they are for each other i always feel there’s so much to learn.The love between them is beyond words…beyond expressions…i haven’t seen papa ever holding mummy’s hands even…except  for the days when she was in coma and he sat by her bedside.Today,when we wished her,as always we could clearly hear the  blush in her smile…and papa…he doesn’t like to be wished but he would definitely pass on the phone to mummy so that we can wish her 🙂 🙂 

Papa has this particular chair he always sits on at the dining table and after he is done that becomes mummy’s chair ! She also sits only on that chair 🙂 On our marriage,Papa had mentioned to us,especially to me,that no matter what,how good or bad the day is,how mummy always stands by his side when papa is having his lunch/dinner.He hinted for me to care of hubby the same way…and the best way we found out doing that is having meal together in the same plate 😉

Even today,31 yrs and on,papa notices what color saree mummy is wearing and he can tell when mummy is hungry or hasn’t slept well 🙂 :)And Mummy is an absolute epitome of love and devotion.All day through,round the clock,she is behind him…with tea,reading his books,listening to his compositions,keeping his mail in place,making him cookies 🙂 🙂 One must see how happy she is cooking for papa…making his favorite dishes…and how papa loves those…especially mummy’s handmade cookies…

It’s such a cozy feeling to see mummy blush at the slightest hint of compliment from papa….and to see papa laugh heartily at mummy’s innocent activities…

They don’t do anything special on their anniversary…nor do they like to be open about it as in celebrations etc…the only thing they always do this day every year is to visit the temple…together…

Here’s raising a toast to my Mummy Papa…to the immaculate love they share..to the incredible couple they are…to love and faith…to many more years of togetherness !!!
